Ulster Squad Kit Launch at Queen's Sport

Swim Ulster launched the new Ulster Squad Kit in their new home Queens Physical Education Centre in Belfast on the 30th June. The new kit was sponsored by Bloomfield Shopping Centre and Retail Park in Bangor and supported by the Royal Navy. The kit was supplied by Canterbury sportswear.

Ulster’s top 30 swimmers will each receive a kit and will wear it when representing Ulster at National and International Level.

The kit launch took place at Queen's Sport, where a £10 million investment has produced first class facilities. An increasing number of swimmers are enjoying these excellent facilities.

Ulster squad swimmer, Steven McQuillan, said, " I really enjoy working with Dr Robert Gamble, who leads performance services here at Queen's Sport. Having access to his expertise is a great support to me."

Liz McLaughlin, Operations Manager at Queen's Sport, said, "We are delighted to have Swim Ulster based here and look forward to more swimmers using our facilities".
