| Management Committee training for young people in your club |
|
Swim Ulster have arranged to provide training in management committee roles for young people (25 or under) in our clubs. The training will be provided free of charge to our club members and will cover; roles and responsibilities of committee members, financial management, the benefits of charitable status for your club and managing volunteers. Young people who take up this offer will be more confident about getting involved in the running of your club. Your club will benefit from the contribution of your young members, who, in future, may assume important roles on your committee. Ongoing support will be available to participants who become involved in their own club's committee. If your club is interested in taking part, please contact our Business Manager, Gerry Cappa, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to register your interest. The training will take place from June -August 2010 and details will be finalised depending on the response.
