Brugha had a couple of excellent National League results at the week-end when they followed a 10-3 win over previously unbeaten Guinness on saturday with a 16-5 tanking of North Dublin at the NAC in Dublin yesterday.

Ireland goalkeeper Chris Hodgkinson and young Ronan Campfield were particularly prominent for a team coming into form at the right time for the Irish Senior Cup 

four weeks hence.

Their womens team beat Half Moon 10-2 to stay one point clear of St.Vincents with the scores coming from  Aoife Barr(4) her sister Niamh(3) Deirdre Cassidy(2) and Deborah McComb(1)

Hosts Corrib(Galway) won the Irish u.14 title when they beat St.Vincents 5-4 in the final yesterday after Grads,Clonard and Brugha had all gone out in the quarter finals
