We work closely with Swim Ireland to: 1. Provide a safe & secure environment for all of our members. operating to the highest standards of child welfare adopting and enforcing codes of conduct for members providing support to members to ensure these standards are met facilitating an education and child welfare policy across our membership base 2. Provide a responsive and progressive development resource for our member clubs. supporting clubs in preparing and implementing Club Development Plans. facilitating training and CPD for the coaches and volunteers associated with our clubs. 3. Deliver a high performance plan which will; develop our athletes and support them to fulfil their potential. support our athletes to achieve success on the regional, national and international stage. ensure a development programme in place across all levels of the performance pathway raise the standard of regional and national competition in all of our disciplines 4. Facilitate improved standards through education. Implementing the Long Term Athlete Development education & awareness programme in our clubs facilitating high quality CPD opportunities for our coaches, tutors, teachers, team managers, officials and other volunteers.
