Swim Ulster Affiliation descriptions and rates
Non-competitive (£12.50)
The non-competitive fee applies to all members who participate in club activities but do not wish to compete.
Competitive (£32.50)
The competitive fee is for all athletes who compete (including AquaSprint & PTL) during 2013.
Officials (£15)
The official’s fee applies to coaches, teachers, assistant teachers, other volunteers, committee members.
Club Affiliates (£5)
The affiliate’s fee applies to any other person involved in the club but not covered by any of the above (eg. Parents who occasionally volunteer)
Affiliation Process
Swim Ulster have an electronic affiliation process called Servasport.
Clubs have two options of member input:
1. Enter all details into the Servasport Console. Click on the link for directions
or
2. Complete an Excel Template making sure that all fields in the colour red are populated. (Swim Ulster will perform an import into the Servasport Database). Click on the link for excel template
Swim Ulster want to support clubs through this process and the office will be available to assist membership secretaries with the process. For assistance email donna@swimulster.net.
The deadline for completion of affiliation is 30th April 2013.
