Swim Ulster Strategy

Swim Ulster, a region of Swim Ireland, is recognized as the governing body for the aquatic disciplines in the province of Ulster.

Operating within the framework of the national governing body, Swim Ireland, we draw our members from clubs in Ulster involved in swimming, water polo and diving.

This document explains the aims of the organisation and how we will work towards these over the two years from 2011/12 to 2012/13.  This plan assumes that our funding contract with SportNI will remain in place. Any significant changes to the SportNI contract will necessitate this plan to be revised. The document describes the services that we deliver, our structures and our financial plan.
